Canon has released EOS RP, its latest full-frame mirrorless camera, With a compact design and advanced image-making technology, the camera always delivers high-quality imaging wherever you go.
Canon EOS RP is a high-performance, full-frame mirrorless camera that measures 5.2 x 3.3 x 2.8 inches and weighs 1.07 lbs. As shown in the images, the camera delivers a lightweight and compact form factor so that you can conveniently take it with you for any travel.
The mirrorless camera comes equipped with a 26.2MP full-frame CMOS sensor paired with the DIGIC 8 image processor, so it’s able to deliver a wide native sensitivity range from ISO 100-40000 for excellent low-light performance, and it supports up to 5fps continuous shooting and 4K video recording at up to 23.98fps at 120Mb/s.
Furthermore, the EOS RP features Dual Pixel CMOS AF system with 4,779 manually selectable AF points in order to acquire focus quickly and accurately, and a Movie Servo AF mode provides smooth and natural focusing when changing from different subjects or distances. Moreover, the rear 3.0-inch vari-angle touchscreen LCD monitor allows you to compose and shoot from virtually any angle. The touchscreen not only provides intuitive touch controlled and navigation, but also supports Touch AF and Drag AF, so you can more quickly select a focus point.
With Creative Assist and Feature Assistant features, the EOS RP helps you capture more amazing photos. Apart from these, other features also include integrated OLED EVF for eye-level viewing, built-in WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity and expanded compatibility with EF/EF-S lenses.
