The Kira is a fully open source mechanical keyboard that that is compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux. As shown in the images, the 99-key full-size keyboard features a sleek and compact form factor, and slim frame and included keycaps shows off a stylish and personalized aesthetics. Meanwhile, the frame is available in two materials: injection molded metallic plastic and solid block of machined aluminum. The slightly tilting layout and ergonomic keycaps provide you a comfortable and accurate typing experience.

The compact keyboard comes in 9 optional mechanical switches in order to meet different preferences and demands. Furthermore, all keys are fully hardware programable, so you can turn any key into a multi-functional macro without active software, and open source feature allows it for complete customization.

Moreover, N-key rollover ensures each keypress is correctly detected. Each key features RGB lighting plus RGB underlit case in order to deliver personalized light effect.

The team behind Kira is raising fund for the product via Kickstarter. We can pledge $169/$249 to preorder the compact full-size mechanical keyboard. It will be shipped in October 2018.
